Can I play with a broken bumper?

The blue bumper itself is in great shape, but it looks like someone took a scissors to it... I mean, from the outside to the middle there is one cut in it. Need pictures to see what I'm talking about?

Anyway, what I'm wondering is if playing a game like this until I can get a new bumper will cause any harm at all?

To my knowledge, the body tube will keep the bumper on the powertube ... there shouldn't be any preformance issues .. unless it ends up splitting into two parts

yeah i think you might be alright for now all the bumber does it keep from metal and metal hittng each other

What is that thing that you're holding on to that is next to your A.I.R. Valve with the QD nipple? Just curious.
