Okay, here's the question......I have an old automag classic. I'm currently running remote, and an expansion chamber. I used to have severe problems with freezing up before I added the expansion chamber. I just used the gun with the expansion chamber for the first time today. It definitely preformed better than it did before. After I had been playing for a while, every time I start shooting a lot of paint, the gun will start to shoot down to almost nothing. I wait a few minutes before firing again and things are back up to speed unless I start shooting fast again. Has anyone ever ran CO2 successfully through a mag. I really can't justify upgrading to nitro. I simply dont play enough to warrant it. Any ideas??? Thanks

sounds like the regpiston or the reg seat needs some attention. if it is shooting down to the point where it almost doesn't fire, then the reg is not recharging fast enough.

also, you are sure you are not getting ANY liquid in the gun, right? liquid can cause what you are saying.

I suppose it's possible there may be some liquid getting to the gun. Would an anti-siphon tank do the trick? Maybe a regulator or something? I guess I just don't know what the f*&@ I'm talking about. I used to play all the time about five years ago, and now that I'm back into it, so much new stuff is available as far as guns go. I couldn't believe all these younger guys with their electronic guns, slinging and wasting paint like it cost them 5$ a case! Mommy and Daddy must be footing the bill. I once thought I was trigger happy. Not after today.

an anti-siphon tank will help alot. you can put a reg on it if you want, but a nitro tank would be about the same price and you wouldn't have to deal with co2 anymore.

if you decide to go the reg route, the palmers stabe or the maxflo are probebly the best for co2.
