My 88cu Adjustable Nitro Duck tank is leaking out off the pin where you screw it into the ASA and the pin is pushed down to release the air? What could be causing this and how to fix it?

It's probably gummed up a bit... after it is degassed (or if you have no concern for your safety, while it's still gassed up, just remember 800 psi's a bit of force) use a long object to depress the pin and wiggle it to fix it (that's what I've done before with my tanks).
