    Got a Question for the AGD staff....

    ....or any other person that had this problem.

    Err not realy a problem.. I am getting this Mag from some one, is it possible to register it with you still? The valve has all 3 stars on it still and I enjoy your approach to warranties, way better then any of the "competitors" I understand that a phone number can be called to register and get a free video on maintanence. Is this applicable to Canada.

      Yea just call and give AGD the valve number to register the gun in your name. If you ask for the video and instructions they'll send it to you.

          You can also register your new(used) mag online and ask for your manual and video in the comments section of the registration page. This is how I did mine, and I recieved my manual and video in 6-7 days. The video is very helpful, once you watch it a few times you will feel comfortable tearing your mag down into the few little pieces it actually contains. Good luck and welcome to the AO family.
