Mags have a twist lock barrel and the back end of the barrel acts as the chamber of the gun. When the barrel locks in place the hole milled in the back side the barrel which allows balls to drop into the chamber needs to line up with the feedport, which can be either on the right, left or in the center of the gun of the gun body. Hence the terms left feed, right feed and center feed.

They mean that when the barrel was milled, it was milled for a centerfeed gun. More specifically, they are referring to where they mill the hole that allows the balls to drop into the chamber, since this hole has to line up with the feed port.

Uhhhh, for regular mags when the barrel is locked in place the hole that balls drop through is to one side or the other (hence left feed or right feed). In centerfeed, when the barrel locks in place, the hole is straight up.
