I can't turn up my output pressure

I have an x-valve and a flatline tank. My gun works fine at around 850PSI. But when I turn up my output pressure it messes up. It works fine without paint, but with paint it will just load one ball into the barrel on the first trigger pull and then shoot 2 balls on the second pull. I've tried switching springs for my lvl 10 but I still have to maintain an output pressure of around 850.whats up??

When you say it doesn't work how so do you mean? If it vents out the back and you cannot get it up higher maybe you need to change the piston out. What spring do you have in there? I am completely unclear as to what its doing other than double feeding. And what its sounding like when this happens. Leaking? Hissing? trigger rod tight? that sort of thing. Need more info!

AGD, where we are so good we can do it with only ONE tube!

Its not working because it is double feeding. On the first trigger pull(the one that doesnt shoot) it hisses. Then I fire two balls. that is what happens when my output is at around 1000. At 850 it works fine

If it is double feeding you might want to check your nubbins, I don't think pressure will cause double feeding.

I want a higher output so that my trigger pull is more reactive. And the nubbins arent the problem. It's like it misfires the first time and it wont even shoot. it only pushes the ball into the barrel. Then the second trigger pull results in a normal shot its just that there was already a ball in the barrel so two balls come out.
