    X- Valve shipping questions

    I just bought an X-valve off of AGD's online store and it is past the store hours. I was planning on trading in my old classic 68 mag valve to knock off the 100 bucks.
    And as i understood the terms, they would give me instructions on how to send the valve. Well, i did get the order confirmation e-mail but i did not recieve the shipping instructions...Is this because they are not open yet and i have too wait for store hours for them to send the info? What should i do?


    I also wanted to get it straight that they have to recieve my old valve before they send me my new X-valve. Is this true?


    P.S. I'm new at this forum thing so i have no idea how it works.....

    They will call you and get some info, and then set up an RA#.

      NEWS FLASH!

      I don't know if you've seen the post on the paintball talk forum, but AGD's computer system went down, and they can't process orders!

        One of the office girls or "THE" OfficeGal sent me an email listing the instructions. After your Credit Card has been approved and they know you bought the Valve, they will will send you the email with the instructions. Just hold on tight.

        Oh yah, the computer system is down today and they are working on it. But if you got a confirmation, you must have gotten your order in before the problems started.

        You will get your RA Number soon.
