Removing Carrier from Lvl 10?

I need the carrier out of my lvl 10. How do I get it out?

I hope you have a standard mag! I tried to help a guy this morning w/ an RT and got him real confused! My fault on that tho, but anyway, use the screw that goes thru the grip and screws into the valve. It will feel like you are threading it into the carrier but it's OK, give it a few good turns and when it's a little tight you can pull it right out!
