any fiber tanks made within the last year from luxfer and

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but I thought for Carleton cylinders manufactured or tested after July 1, 2001 must be re-inspected and hydrostatically retested at least once every 5 years. Is it true for luxfer tanks also? I read about the Carleton tanks here...

The diameter of the cylinder also comes into play... I think tanks with less than 4" diameter never have to be tested.

its less than 2" so 3,4, and some 7 oz tanks dont have to be hydroed.

they have a cool little calulator that will tell you when you tank has to be hydroed.
