    Tight screws

The screw that holds the trigger frame to the body rail in my rt/p is screwed in ridiculously tight (I bought it from a friend). I'm thinking about trying different on/off pin sizes for a slightly shorter pull (.745,.740) and was trying to unscrew the assembly yesterday and couldn't torque the screw out. The one time I tried the wrench popped out and I'm afraid of stripping the screw. I'm trying to find the best way to remove it. First, I just thought of using loc tite and sacrificing a wrench but that owuld only allow for one turn then the gun/trigger guard would get in the way. Are straight 1/8 inch allen keys sold that can be used with a dremel? Maybe loc-tite one of those in and use the dremel to get it out? Suggestions welcome.

you sure your friend didn't loctite the screw in there (sounds like he may have used permenant grade)? Doesn't make sense to use loctite there, but I've seen people do crazier things to theri gun. Try putting some heat on the screw (hair dryer or heat gun should do or if you have a sodering gun put that on the bolt head and it'll heat it up in not time) and see if it moves.
