FIlling a flatline tank?

how? Should it be on or off. If its on I guess I need to turn the output all the waydown?.

I fileld it i nthe off position and the Ref said it wasnt accpting the fill...

Filling it in the on or off position, it doesn't really matter.

I keep mine on all day at a tournament so I'm not turning it off and on and forget to turn it back on. If it's not filling, the pressure in the tank is already the same or above the pressure in what you're filling from, or your check valve in the fill nipple isn't opening to let air in.
