what trigger frame for my mag?

Hi, I had a question about what trigger frame I should get
for my mag. I just started playing in tourney's and I need something faster than the stock frame, but I don't know if I will need an electro.
How much faster would a hyperframe be (in tourney/semi mode) than the intelliframe? If I won't use the burst/hypermodes, is it worth getting the hyperframe over the intelliframe?
What kind of ROF can I expect from an intelli frame + xvalve?
(I play back mostly, so I need to lay alotta paint...if I can get 13 bps w/ the intelli frame then screw the hyperframe, lol)

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks alot guys.

I'm not sure why everyone's being so shy but I'll step up and talk about the intelli-frame. It's kinda personal preference but since you asked I would pick the intelli over the hyper. I'm not sure how much a hyper is but the intelli probably costs less, more money for paint! I also think it looks sweeter, blade trigger of course. As for speed, it wouldn't be faster for me w/ out a Retro/x-valve on the back, I'm just not that quick fingered and reactivity helps! Some people are paranoid about the battery going out during a game. I have a boo-yaah and it seems to hold a charge for more than a day, but if that's something you're worried about then the intelli would never run out of juice! Good luck on your choice!

yeah, I like how the intelli frame looks a helluva lot more than the hyperframe, so I'll probably pick one up (hyperframe is overpriced anyway...). I guess w/ an x-valve and intelli feed I"ll be able to pull at least as fast as my hopper can feed...(12v revvy xboard...)

I've got the x-valve\intelli setup. I'm pretty sure that you'll be able to lay alot of paint with it, trigger has a nice crisp pull and the x-valve helps with the reactivity. I can't recommend it enough.

As someone who's used both, I would have to say the Hyperframe is a whole other ball game. Any double finger trigger with a Retro/X valve will feel great, and give a lot of satisfaction, but without going runaway it's going to be hard to match even a 13bps capped stock hyperframe in terms or rate of fire.

Secondhand Hyperframes frequently come up for under $160. I have run mine to over 8,000 shots using one ordinary 8.4V NIMH rechargeable battery. So if you're paranoid you could change the battery at 5,000 shots.

With a 2 dollar, ten minute modification (lighter microswitch) I can get my hyperframe trigger so light that the marker will fire when you touch the trigger. Feather light. And if you use the same Microswitch I did, the firing point/tension is also adjustable.

And the big benefit is, when firing a mechanical trigger at high rates you are always going to be physically moving the marker about, even if only slightly, and that affects accuracy. With a well tuned electro trigger you can walk the trigger with both fingers at maximum rates of fire with ease, and the only thing moving the marker is the recoil.

Best thing is to fire both types and see what you prefer. I love mechanical triggers but the performance of the Hyperframe simply blows me away.

i have heard they eat your bolt and screw up your valve. i like my intelli because its so crisp. i can rip on it with my clasiic valve(nolvl10) in(i own both a classic valve and xvalve) faster than my friends spyder can shoot on full auto which is around 10-13 bps. on my x valve i dont know its geting tuned by tunaman and havnt used it yet. the intelli is a sweet trigger frame feels good works good and looks good.

I would say either go emag or intelli. The hyperframe just seems cheesy to me. If you don't have an adjustable tank get one of those, the presets are too low to get the rt really rippin'. With an adjustable tank, rt, and intelli you can really lay on the paint, maybe not 13bps but still fast.

Yes they can do that if they are not set up correctly. But then so can a mechanical frame like the Intelli. All the Hyperframe does is press the trigger for you.
