    Upgrading a classic

I searched for this but didn't really get anything helpful so here goes...

I have a 68 classic (with various upgrades) and I was wondering if I could purchase the parts to upgrade it to an E-mag. If so, where and how much would it cost? also, would my intelliframe work on it?

an e-mag has an electro handle and I dont think there is any way to upgrade a classic to an e-mag, it would be like upgrading a talon to a shocker. If your looking to make your mag shoot faster, try getting an x-valve or an electro handle, but you should be fine with your intelliframe. I could be wrong but good luck with whatever you do.

you can do, i know, as i did it.

if you are going to buy all of the parts new from AGD, do not do this conversion. it will cost you over $500, and you can buy a used E-mag for that. the only reason i did the conversion, is because i got the rail, battery, and frame for dirt cheap. i forced the body to work on the rail.

if i were you, i would keep your upgraded mag as a backup (you never know) and buy a used e-mag. or just sell your mag because the E-mag bassically is its own backup.
