Have you ever gotten a shot with the gun instead of the needle. It uses air pressure (Much lower than 4500 but not sure exactly what) to push the medicine through the skin. Being in the military we get shots like that all the time. When someone moves while they are getting the shot it actually gives a pretty nasty cut in the skin. Now imagine it at 4500psi.
A high pressure burst of air can actually penetrate the skin. When it cuts a blood vessel it takes the path of least resistance. Since blood flows easily down the vessel and they can axpand slightly, the air forces its way into the blood vessel. When it gets to a major organ, it cant pass very easily and prevents blood from moving in that vessel. If the vessel is big enough it can cause a lot of damage. In the brain it can cause a stroke, in the lung a pulmonary embolism, in the heart a heart attack, in the kidney, renal failure. these are a worst case scenario, but I have seen some very painful, nasty bruises from 800psi air causing micro/macro line bursting next to an arm. I wouldn't want to be near 4500psi.
You might be fine and never have a problem if you don't use loctite (and no I don't work for the company) But I would feel much better with it on my equipment, and much better if the newbie next to me, who doesn't fully understand HPA yet, has it on their equipment when something goes wrong with their marker and they start messing around with the bottle..
