here in germany everybody talks about promag (a normal mag with 8 instead of 1 hole in the regulator body)
everybody says that they are better because of more air flow and bla bla...
but there is only one hole that goes to the on/off valve right? so 8 holes would be useless or am i wrong?

You're correct. The 8 hole mod is pretty much worthless.

Plus Promags are actually warrantied by Powerpulse (AGD Europe / Sosta), as John + Marcus devised it orginally.

The only real benefit to the 8-hole mods, as far as I've been able to discover was to align the hole from the regulator piston chamber in the back half of the valve with the hole leading to the on/off valve in the front half. Once AGD began making the valves so that the holes matched up, the mod lost basically lost its reson to exist... apart from the fact that an aluminum 8-hole back will weigh less than the stock stainless back.

Unlike a lot of 8-hole mods, Promags were actually mods of the stock stainless back itself. Here's pics of mine:
