Is it or is it not? I have had my mag for 2 months and I know basically how everything works.

I'd say easy to install, after reading directions and watching Miscue's video, and somewhat hard to learn. It takes some time to learn which adjustments need to be made and how to fix problems. AO's always a great help and it is truely sweet when you here it reset in the middle of a game and realize all of the paint you won't have to clean out! It is very easy to install.
Step 1: Watch Miscue's video and keep it handy
Step 2: Follow the directions closely
Step 3: Keep a ball point pen and a paperclip or two handy (you'll understand during installation)
However somewhere down the line you will have to retune it, so be ready to change out your carrier once your oring breaks in.
