Help level 10 and on/off pin

setup-Level0 with the xvalve 1.5 with one shim middle/small spring. The gun will shoot and leaks somewhat, but the big issue I have is that the bolt sticks open untill I push it shut. I went to the smaller spring, but again (its done it befor)my on/off pin small o-ring is getting stuck, wich then I cut it in half to get the valve out to fix it. The pin looks ok. When I was able to fire it, it did seem to want to shoot fully auto or 2-3 shoots with every pull of the trigger. I am sure it is something with the on/off but what????

I say go up a half size on the level 10 carrier first. Try that and see if the bolt stick problems cease. After that, I'd say that maybe your on/off pin is too long. Might need to get a different size.

Thanks! I think I can work out the bolt sticking but I cant get the thing to shoot with out my oring getting in the way. I should make it clear that it is not my small oring(P/N 778) that is giving me all the issues but it is the vale pin oring(P/N 779). It seems to be to small and moves around in the bottum of the hole untill it gets pinched and cut by the vale pin. I might not have it in stalled correctly, I have followed all the directions that I have found, is there any trick to it? Anyone have any Ideas?

Are you talking about the o-ring that goes in the bottom of the on/off hole? There's the one that the pin seals on and one that goes around it to keep it centered in the hole. Make sure you have both o-rings. You can go to the tech section on www.airgun.com and see a Retro Valve blow up diagram to see where all of the parts go.

Yes it is the one that goes around it. As far as I can tell from the blow up it is the only one in the hole. (Is that what you see?) This is the one that comes lose and is getting pinched. To me I would think the o-ring would be bigger so it would not be able to move from side to side if and when the pin back out of it. Should the pin back out of it like this? I almost think it could also be that my sear could be bent or out of wack, but as far as I tell it looks in line. Man I am lost on this one. FYI:I went today to the shop and picked up a Rt Parts kit and fitted it with a new oring and a valve pin, same issues still. Thanks.

Ok just to put a end to this. I called AGD and talked to a tech. When you get the X-valve you get the blow up of the RT vale and is dose not show that you need the extra o-ring. So when you are putting in your on/off pin o-ring (#779) around the head you also need to put a power tube o-ring(#123) around the vale pin oring that fit around the pin head, easy as that, just like the the cm/mm assembly. So then there are a total of 4 o-ring associated with the on/off assembly for the x-valve,not 3 as shown in the blow ups for the RT. Thanks everyone for your help.
