    Warp won't stop turning

I am trying to install a 12V mod into my warp. I built the 12V regulator like this (without the LED). If I connect two 18V (from my Emag) the Warp spins constantly. My multimeter reads 11.83 after the 12V regulator, which tells me the connections from the EMag power is correct. If I remove the 12V mod, the Warp works just fine. I have the dwell jumpers all on. I have the Neg and Sen jumpers set also. Any thoughts?

what you need, is add a small cap to the output of reg. what I did was add .1uf cap (recommended by datasheet) and it solved the same problem. I know that many uses larger cap, but not really needed. I actually soldered this on to the vcc/gnd on the board.
