How come it doesn't fit.. And when I tried to squeez it the damn thing just snapped before it even budged.. Does the rail bushing not fit in any intelliframe without being squeezed shorter.. Or is my intelliframe/rail bushing faulty?
Putting the rail bushing through the intelliframe!?!?!?

The rail bushing press fits into the hole in the I-Frame, but you shouldn't have to force it in there. Perhaps your rail bushing has a burr on it or there's a burr in the hole of the I-Frame. Take out the rail bushing and push it into the hole in the I-Frame. It should slide into the hole and be fairly tight but easy enough you can push it in with your thumb. -

ya.. there must of been a notch inside the intelliframe.. Because it still wont go through.. And I broke my rail bushing trying to "pinch" it in.. So ya.. Right now im using an aluminum piece that is drilled to the right diametre so that the field strip screw can fit through.. And it's sanded down and it almost makes it through both pieces on the gun.. But about a half - one quarter of the way through the intelliframe it just gets stuck.. So there must be a notch in there.

you cant push in the new style rail bushings with your thumb. You need to use some type of tool to squeeze it a little. It wont go all the way through the intelliframe either...there is a lip in there to stop it. This was done so people wouldnt loose it so easy.
