BlackVCG, where are the specs for barrel nubbins

I was wondering if BlackVCG could post a sticky or edit one of the other spec stickies with the sizes of the barrel nubbins.

I have a few left over from the AGD supertour that needed to be filed down a bit. I filed a couple down, but apparently too far.

Can you post the right specs for the part that sticks in the barrel AND the bump that rests on the outside against the body tube.

Retention bump on bottom side of nubbin: .085"
