Please Help Me

Ok guys,
I just got my x-valve in the mail and put it on my mag. I gassed it up(850psi)and nothing happened. I turned up the velocity and still nothing. Then, a large amount of air started going down the barrel. Should I have to do anything before i put it in my mag? Any ideas on what i need to do? Please help out a newb...

i heard they need to have oil put through them for the first time..

need more info. but just to guess try the middle spring, lube the bolt stem, lube the valve. If these don't work post again with more info like what carrier along with number of shims and so on allows us to help you a little more.

xvalves are not setup from factory, so you need to look at the cd instruction and go through setup. They rarely work out of box from the factory, since they come with .5 carrier. Put in a #2 carrier and follow the instruction...

okay, i'll try that....any ideas what kind of oil? i dont have a p-ball store really close so are their any kinds i can get at my local ace hardware? Thanks...
