    I'd say the bolt will probably be ok, but a new one is only $35.
    as to the on/off pin being short, if your trigger feels very reactive then it probably is a bit on the short side. particularly if you find you can sweet spot the thing (providing you have an AIR valve not a retro.) you may want to try a longer pin if you can find one. good luck.

        i'll just say what i always say. SEND IT IN! AGD will fix that thing right up for you. if it's still under warrenty or you still got a start left, they'll give you a new bolt, sear, and whatever else that needs to be replaced. I'm telling ya it's the best thing you can do for your gun.

          GOT IT!

          Yep, it was the sear. I bought a new one today, and it's shooting fine without gouging the bolt. I held the bolt in a lathe and polished down the burrs on it as best I could. There isn't much difference from the bad sear to the good sear, but enough to make the gun work!
