    recocking problem??

    hey, i was in the middle of a tourney game today and all of a sudden my standard valve, p/f automag wouldnt fire and felt like the triggeer sear or something was stuck back and would not fire!?? i had to take out my barrel and use my squeggee to push the bolt back like it didnt recock all the way??? it then would fire 1 ball then repeat the problem?? if some one can tell me what to do that would be great!!! thanks, Royal

    bolt stick

    You've got yourself some high quality bolt stick going on there... put a longer powertube spacer in and see if it does the trick for you.

      ULE???

      would getting a new ULE body fix the problem instead of sending it in???

        Nope

        No, the body doesn't have anything to do with how it fires, just take your field strip screw out of the back of the valve and pull the valve out of the gun. Then take off your bolt and bolt spring off the front of the valve. Then take a penny and unscrew the brass tip off of the front of the valve. then you should be able to get this little spacer out of there that has a number written on the side or is a certain color. If you don't already have one buy a powertube spacer kit and install a longer spacer.

        That should do the trick.

          and make sure that the o-ring inside the power tube is behind the spacer(towards the back of the valve), not in front of it . This will cause the same problem.

            Replace the worn bolt sring.
            Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
