I need help!

Alright I want to make my own autococker valve tool and I need to know what size of allen wrench will fit and also all the measurements indicated in the picutre attached. Is there a hole in the end of the hex shaft???

Well there is a hole in the end of it... I know not much help lol I will try and dig mine up tomorow and find out what size it is.
