    ( how )can i color my clear elbow

    i have a clear adj. elbow and i'd like to color it, much like someone did to their EVO 2 a while back, any ideas?

    do the exact same process they did with there eggo 2's

    Buy the dye of your choice, Use RIT dye

    Boil Water in a pot

    Pour the dye in and Mix Well!!

    Let it set till it stops boiling

    Drop the elbow in and dont let it stick to the sides because it might melt it so stir it around

    Pull the elbow out and run it under cold water till the water starts to become clear again

    and your done :)

      why do i have to dye the water? will the pot be safe to cook food in after?

        I am sure it would be fine.......but if you are really worried about it, go to kmart and spend $3 on a crappy pan.

          Wouldn't just be easier to BUY a colored elbow? The dye is going to cost $3, a new elbow is around $5. A whole hopper is one thing, but seems like a waste to go to all the hassle just for an elbow.
