    Intellifeed alternatives

Have any of you guys hooked up your intellifeed any differently than specified by AGD? I have one on the way and was curious as to any other modes of install. I thought about 1/8 plugs instead of the 1/4 plugs. That 1/4 plug looks like it just dangles there. Any way to hide those wires better? If you have anything to show off..do so.

This is the plug I used, http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...Fid=273%2D1641 It seals together nicely and keeps possible stray paint out! My sig. has a link to my gun thread. I'm using them on my intelli and emag. Oh yeah, cut the wires shorter, don't leave it 6ft.

Interesting. It looks nice on the gun and it doesn't look like the plug gets in the way as much. Does it still make the same connections inside your hopper (3 wires?)

I saw a guy that connected the male end to the trigger and carved away some of the rev so the female end was actually inside the rev. So basically you could plug it straight into the hopper. It looked much cleaner, I'm going to do this as soon as my laziness wears off.

There's only 2 wires. I cut the wire and left about 4-6" on both ends, w/ a plug on each end. Strip both cut ends and hook one to the switch and the other to the correct places inside the revy. http://store.airgun.com/acb/showdetl...ID=96&CATID=15 There's a link to the directions about which switch, were to put it, and where to connect to the revy.

I saved that pdf file so that I would remember how to do it. You're right it is two wires, the white and the copper. I thought there was a black wire in there somewhere. That's a pretty nifty idea of actually putting the plug into the revy. Thanks for the ideas so far. I'll fiddle with it a little when I get it and post some pics when I'm done. Thanks for great ideas!!

                Here

Yea, that would be on my old mag (traded it away for a black magic and cash )

Female jack put in revvy, which req that some cutting be done, and the bottom cover of the servo to be removed. Also used smaller plugs, I forget what size..

All look good. I decided to go with an RCA hook up. I'm still looking at how I'm going to use the plugs, but like I said, I'll post some pictures when I'm done.

I installed the female pluginto the revvy very close to the low battery light. There is a small amount of space to fit the plug if you move the resistor on the board by bending it slightly. Then I purchased a 90 degree adapter from Radio Shack to fit the male plug so everything stays flush to the revvy. It works well. I just run the wire around my elbow. Sorry I don't have pics.
