barrel is very hard to get out

i have a classic mag with powerfeed and im having serious troubles getting the barrel out. the gun is used, but it looks to me like its in great shape, i have no complaints there. the only thing is that the barrel would not come out when i tried, so i took off the trigger frame and pulled the whole rail away from the body. it came out but it took alittle muscle. so i loosened up the spring that holds the pressure pin against the barrel. the barrel still will not come out with out some serious pulling, which will not cut it on the field. the barrel is a tear drop and i have oiled the o-rings and the inside of the body tube and still nothing. so if anyone has any help for me, i appreciate it.

make sure the front screw isnt comming through the body.

drop a little lube on the twista lock or unscrew it a little to release some of the sprung preasure.

Put oil on your barrel o-rings and put a drop on your finger and wipe your finger around inside the mainbody to coat it with oil. It will be fine once you do that.

I had the same problem with my teardrop, my nubbin pushed the orings up pretty high. I switched nubbins and my probs were solved.

Does the barrel turn but not come out, or not turn at all?

It may be that the detents at the end of the slots are drilled too deep. You may have to file the edge off so that the twist lock pin can get out of the detent hole.

when i loosened the lock thing... it was loose enough
so i unscrewed the lock, and than i cut the spring a little
              now its JUST right :)

              you can try that too

You shouldn't play with the twist lock assembly unless someone has really messed it up. Too loose and the barrels become unstable when you are firing ( ie; they wobble) or accidently twist during a game so balls can't feed. Too tight and they are a pain to get the barrels out. Plus, messing with the twist lock because of one barrel, will make any other barrels you buy for it not fit properly.

I say borrow and try another barrel first. If it doesn't fit then try to adjust the twist lock. If it fits adjust the first barrel's grooves.
