Do I have to pound out the barrel detent? My ULE won't fit right on my frame rail!

The best way might be to heat the rail slightly. You have to press out the twist lock and it might be hard to do. I had one that was really in there. The twist lock must be removed first. If you heat the rail it might make it easier to remove the twist lock. -
one quick tap with a hammer and a punch got my detent out.New Mag in the works.
