Level 10 is to Sensitive

My level 10 is to sensitive. What do I do to make it less sensitive. I changed the spring and it wouldnt fire/

If it's a new Xvalve, I'm going to say that you need to tune the oring in the carrier. They usually come too small.

When you changed to the longer spring, did you increase the operating pressure (increase the velocity adjustor)?

Longer spring requires increasing velocity adjustment.
Shorter spring requires decreasing velocity ajustment.

Of course, the proper carrier size and plenty of oil is important as well.
