    500 psi or less

    when my tank gets down to 500, i see a MAJOR dropoff in velocity, and i get alotta barrel breaks. is this normal? my mag didnt used to do this.

      well yeah, your tanks empty man...


      the gun runs at like 350-400 psi. the reg will starve with something lower than like 700 psi in the tank.

        that is tottaly normal. on mine (pre LX) it would stop shooting at about 500 PSI. with the LX on it, it stops shooting at about 600PSI. just refill your tank and it will go away.

          It depends on your LX setup, with mine, I sometimes use the short spring and it slowes down at around 400, and with the medium spring, it starts dropping at around 500. So if you have a level 10, tweek with it some.

            I start getting drop off around 600psi, I dont think a diffrent barrel would help, unles your useing a very tight paint-barrel match.
