havin some issues with my mag ....help....

alright this is bassically the problem every time i go to turn my on-off valve on my drop the bolt in my gun comes forward and starts leakin air big time then if i shut it off and turn it back on after a few times it will stop ...then when its stops leaking the gun seems to want to go in like a fullauto burst while im on semi mode ...bassically ive had these guns for 12 years now and every single time i play the gun gets fully dissasembled and cleaned oiled and replace any seals that need it ...this has never ever happened to any mag of mine im stumped on what can be the problem as far as a gun description goes its a minimag with a ans phase 2 airvalve and a booh yah electro trigger and a pmi 45ci 4500 psi tank and yes my tank is full when attempting to fix this problem ....thanks for all advice john....

does it do this if you put a stock trigger frame on?

    sear worn?

on/off pin looks ok? (on automag)

bolt is not worn? (where sear catches it)

actually i did not try the factory trigger .... the sear is mint and the bolt perfect i have 3 bolts and sears and even replaced them .... but i did just charge my battery on my gun maybe it is over charged or somethin but its only 9.6 volts compared to the standard 12 volt that it comes with ...then the on off question it has a different than stock one on it ...it comes with the boo yah trigger the pin and the big seal look mint but the seal that sits inside the valve itself fits very loosely and there are no seals that i can find that even reasemble it ...lol thanks again

weird.....I would try to put a stock frame on it and see if the problem goes away. at least then you can narrow down where the problem is. those booyaah grips cause some interesting problems. (if it is the grip, and it operates normally except for de-gassing. I would just leave it.)

it sounds like the on/off valve to me.
