    xmag problems..

    Alright.
    Non milled euro emag.
problem 1: shooting manual, after a while gun stops shooting, take breech off and push bolt in and then in "pops" out towards the barrel and shoots a couple again. repeat. i guess this is bolt stick? im using the long spring.
problem #2. when i pull out the battery inhibitor, the guns flashes a row of dots like ..... and then does nothing. if you press a button, it will look like scrambled letters and then turn off again. press bottom button, nothing happens. Am charging battery , will see if that is the problem, may be, may not be.
    Thanks

The weird character thing...I dont know but I think reed's did that too. just ask reed, and check it when it's charged.

The bolt stiction thing could be level 10, i could fix it in 5 minutes but I don't wanna drive the 45 minutes to your house, and I don't have time til after the weekend . I'll talk to you on AIM tomorrow bro, i'll be on.

The funny character thing is caused by the magnet being too close to the hall effect sensor at power on.

Make sure you're not holding the trigger back when you turn it on.

If you aren't then you need to ajust the magnet further away by turning the screw counter clockwise.

The level 10 issue definately sounds like bolt stick, try adding a shim and see what happens.

Just to be sure, also check your trigger rod length...in my ex-Emag, it was too short, and with the added friction of LX, it would sometimes fire, and sometimes just sputter because the release point for the bolt was right where the trigger stopped.
