    Automag Freak back, help needed!

I will be purchasing a vert feed e-mag and I want to put a freak on it. I had heard the barrels are different for vert feed and power feed guns, so how do I get a freak back for a vert feed e-mag? If they take the same barrel then someone please clear this up for me. Thanks.

They do. You have to specifically ASK for them. Otherwise, there's a guy on AO that can mill your barrel back to fit the vert feed.

Just a question though- is it a ULE or no? Cuz ULE bodies are cocker threaded and it doesn't matter if it's vert or not.

Can you tell me who can mill them? I might be able to pick up a back for cheap somewhere. Also, no it is not a ule, it is a standard body. Thanks for the help.

Run a search in the dealers forum.

damageinc54 did a great job on the barrel I purchased from him.

          His feedback is here: http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...threadid=44375

i do them.. its not hard at all to do.

my freak is perfect, it clicks in strong and everything. Also i didnt take out that much metal so its not thin. The twist lock is right under the insert, so your working with little to no mattel, and i dont really know how good it would be to do this with an Alu back (freak).

just buy a centerfeed strait out..

I was thinking that I might just buy a ULE body. That way it will save me the hassle and the resale might be a little bit higher.
