It shoots perfect in mechanical mode. The solenoid does not click at all, tell me more about this magnet. I just got the E-Mag, so I dont know anything about it. This could be it I think!!Formerly ~WarpedRT~

ok pull the pin out.. pull the trigger a couple times. Then try to click throught the modes, is your led screen all scrabled?
if it is then u need to adjust the magnet in your trigger counter clock wise untill u can hear it clicking when u pull the trigger
also.. this might help

Ok, I've tried messing with the magnets, and still nothing. As of right now, I'm working with Bajaboy to get this fixed, but please, if anyone else, like a tech give us some help. Nothing is working. Here are some facts:
LED does work, and I can go through menus
Shot counter DOES count UP when I pull the trigger
Solenoid does NOT click
Trigger magnet has been moved many times to tryy to get it to work, and does NOT do anything
Warp to E-Mag intellifeed does NOT work.
I would relaly appriciate if some techs could help me and Bajaboy out with this. Thanks for any helpFormerly ~WarpedRT~

Stop messing with the magnets. Stop rooting around inside NOW!!!! Calm down and call me. The only person that might know that gun better is Carl Bonta and he ain't been around here for a while. I'm home now and will email you in a minute.WANG Force!

I've tried moving the trigger magnets every different way.
I do notice that when I move the magnet too close to the hes, the electronics shut off. I just dont know what to do.Formerly ~WarpedRT~

You guys really need to know what you're talking about before you start telling people what to do to fix their guns. No offense.
Okay, if the board is registering shots, then the HES and HES magnet are PERFECTLY fine. Your problem has nothing to do with the magnet settings. Your problem is either a dead solenoid or a low battery charge or no output to the solenoid. If the battery has enough charge, the gun will still boot up and register shots, but it won't have enough current to pull the solenoid.
First, check the voltage of your battery. "It's charged fine" doesn't tell me much. You need to measure the voltage with a DMM. It should be above 17 volts. If it's around 18-19V, it will pull the solenoid if the solenoid is working properly.
Once that's checked, if you have plenty of voltage in the battery and the solenoid still isn't pulling, you need to check the solenoid wire leads. They should be securely soldered to the board. Once those are checked, you need to measure the internal resistance of the solenoid. It should be about 3-4 ohms.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, send it to AGD. I heard the Bonta's name previously mentioned. If this is one of the first edition E-Mags that Carl modified, tough luck. AGD won't touch that gun.Comment

Well, someone told me that when the selector switch is forward, and the electroics are on, that is hybrid mode. When I shoot this gun in "hybrid" mode, it feels exactly like manual mode (trigger pull, and reactivity), only the electonics are giving me a timer and all the stuff I don't need. I thought there was another mode if you pointed the selector switch backwards. If hybrid feels exactly like maunal, whats the point of electronics anyway?(besides E mode, which I cant get to work)
Please, keep the ideas coming, I don't see the point in keeping an E-Mag that doesnt have E mode.Formerly ~WarpedRT~

Ok, the lowdown on that situation was, I had charged it for an hour, and it wasnt saying it had a low bettery, so I thought it didnt, I checked the battery charge, and itw as so low, it didnt even have a single volt in it. Thanks Black for bringing that to my attention. How long would a normal charge take??Formerly ~WarpedRT~

3-4 hours.
If you charge it for too much longer it overheats the battery and starts to kill the cells.Comment

OK, I now have 19 volts in the battery, and it still isnt working. I think something is stopping the signal before it can get to the solenoid, or even the intellifeed. All wires are soldered in perfectly. But it does look like the one wire (from the solenoid)that goes to the chip at the top of the board has some discoloration, but it doesnt look burnt, it looks more brown.
Also, how do I check the internal resistance to the solenoid?
*Facts stand as follows:
*19 Volts in battery
*Solenoid and intellifeed dead
*LED registering shots
*All wires soldered down good
*Trigger magnet has been moved all the way in and out with no response from the solenoid.Formerly ~WarpedRT~
