im hookin up intellifeed and i strip the inch off of the female end, and what do i see?? a red wire, a black wire, and silve wire. what do i do??

They sold you the wrong thing then. Most audio cable only uses two connections. Some older cables use three wires because the jacks that they go into require it. You should be able to use just about anything though. I used RCA cables on mine and another guy used a 1/8 phono extension. It's really all a matter of how you want to hook it up. I had some RCA cables laying around the house. That's why I chose them. As far as know, I haven't seen anything about using a three wire hook-up.

You want a "mono" audio cable, not a stereo like you have. You can still use the one you have. You'll just have an extra wire that won't be used.Comment

yea, i got it working. i took the silver wire and just kinda ignored it then taped it off. it works great now. thanks for all the help guysComment
