White Smoke?? Coming out the end of the Barrel

I am shooting a 68 Classic with a Nitro tank. I just installed some new Grease whip hose on my marker. I went out to test it out and I had white smoke (for lack of a better term) coming out the barrel. Now I know its not smoke but it looks that way. I was just wondering what was causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
It came to a point in my life when it was either pay the rent or buy paintball gear. I think I made the wise choice. If anyoneone needs me I'm livin in a van down by the river.

Do you have any porting on the barrel? The only reason I ask is b/c my team played this weekend in the rain and we tapd up the porting holes on the barrels. I have a picture of all three guns shooting white "smoke" when normally we don't.

    I wouldn't sweat it.

I think it has something to do with the rain. It was raining when I was shooting it. The water in the air must be condensing on the warmer air from the gun. Now I feel better. I just wanted to make sure I didnt mess up my valve somehow. Thanks.

The compressed air is going through an expansion process and the drop in pressure along with the relative humidity causes more condesation on some days than others. Thus the reason why there's "smoke" at the end of the barrel.

i hate that...i played in the rain a couple weeks ago...couldn't see ANYTHING because of overly fogged goggles plus that damn smoke..it really isn't worth playing in that. save your $$ and don't play in the rain.
