    Setting up a regulator

No clue on the process of doing this, I was told to turn the velocity all the way up on the valve and then adjust things from the regulator. But I'm not sure, would just like to verify, or be told the right way to do this. Also the regulator is a palmer's rock if that changes anything.
    Thanks

Since you have a preset screw in tank and the xvalve, you don't need or want another regulator. It'll introduce flow problems and shootdown.

The gun already has 2 regs- tank and gun.

another thing, if you really do have a palmers rock reg.........will not do you anygood anyway. those are low flow cocker pnuematic regs. can only be adjusted to about 120 PSI.

but as dayspring said, 2 regs is enough. you will just add alot of problems by putting another reg in the mix.
