    Trigger Pull

I wanted to know if there was any way to shorten the trigger pull on my minimag? I know you can do it to other guns.

What about adjusting the pin that the trigger pulls? Will this shorten the trigger pull?

Derman2k, You think adjusting the pin a little will mess up the mags (retro valve) performance

its a proven fact that you shouldnt mess with the trigger rod

picture it as a teeter-totter and if you change the length of the rod, you're changing the pivot point of the teeter-totter (the sear in this case)]

I've never adjusted the pin on my mag when I used the classic valve, but when I bought the retro valve I moved up the pin just a litte (half a twist or a full twist) and have been playing with it for about three and a half years without any problems and that's the only marker I own... I don't know; somebody tell me what I did wrong? 'cause I don't see!

you may not see, but you are slowly ruining the sear, bolt, and the internal workings of the valve because of a small throw-off in timing of operations

Just to make sure you guys are talking about the same thing because it sounds like one of you are talking about the on/off pin and another is talking about the trigger rod. I know playing with the on/off is a big NO, but I was under the impression that the trigger rod was designed to be set up so that a it was only a playing cards with away from the trigger, at least that how mine came.

changing the on/off pin length is fine, but the shorter it is, the more reactive it gets

i currently have a .745 pin (stock is .750), and it is reactive as hell, but no ref is able to find the sweetspot

oh god i love my mag... its just deadly fast in the right hands... my hands

i just hate the level 10 though... and i need a new mainbody... i smell FSE-LX sluggo
