Depends on what kind of marker you have. If you have a regular or mini mag then yes, it is fine. I believe any other Mag you will need HPA. -

you might as well buy a cheap HPA tank. you can get them for $70. by the time you buy a co2 tank($20), anti-siphon your co2 tank($15), and buy a decent xchamber ($40) you could have bought an HPA tank and not bothered with the headaches of co2.
