leaks down barrel, stops when barrel is removed???

I have a 68 powerfeed with level 10, when the barrel is off of the marker the level 10 works great and no leaks, but when I put the barrel on the marker I start getting a leak down the barrel??????
the leak get's worse if you lift up on the front of the barrel??? I have 5 differant barrels and all of them do the same thing..even the 2 stock ones.
Why is this happening and how do I fix it???

it seems like the carrier o-ring is too loose and the barrel is moving it the slightest amount so that the o-ring does not seal around the bolt stem properly

go to the next smallest carrier
