Micro Emag skips every other shot!

Ok, about seven weeks ago I sent my marker off to tunaman for repairs. I was getting angry at him because my marker wasn't back to me, and I thought he was slacking off, but he was actually hard at work trying to fix my marker. Before I go into the problem, let me give you the specs of my gun:

Pro Team Products Micro Emag
Level 10
Morlock (emagnum) board
(everything else is irrievelent to problem)

So, the problem with the marker when I sent it off to tuna is that I'd pull the trigger and it would reset and everything, but the bolt wouldn't move and no air would come out. Now, tuna has it to where it will only shoot every other shot. He has talked to AGD and Pro Team Products tech support, and neither could help with the problem. Tunaman has tried everything he can, and he said he went through the marker loke 30 times, and could not find a problem, so before I send it elseware or buy a new valve, I'm asking you AO'ers to help.

Its not that I didn't find "A" problem, I found a lot of problems. Just not "The" problem. This marker has a factory .065 spacer between the griprame and body. I believe the sear pin pivot location has changed because of this spacer, causing the sear and plunger to bind. On/off pin length is .675 as per Proteam tech specs. The pin length range is .675-.670 according to them. I will knock off a few .001 and see if the lower range yields better results. It looks as though someone has hollowed out the slot in the body where the sear sits and the sear may even be hitting on the body. The mag sear has a nub on it that is supposed to contact the bottom of the mainbody. This body has no such meat on the mainbody for it to hit on...Do you have the original board? If you do, we could put it back in and let Proteam deal with it if it comes to that. This is probably the worst one I have seen to date.

no, I asked for the origianl board when I traded for this gun, and the guy said that he did not have one. Couldn't I just take the board out and send it to them?
