shot count question

well...i didnt know if this was supposed to be here...but i really need to know
with an emag and LX, approximately how many shots will you get off a 68/4500 flatline??

i have a ule, xvalve, and running a 68/4500 tank and i get about 1600-1700 shots.... i do not know if thats efficient for my particular setup.
