    EMag Valve in a Micromag?

I just bought an Emag valve off the internet to use in my Micromag. When I put it in my gun and aired it up the air was just free flowing out of the barrel, when I pull and hold the trigger the leaking stops. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

do you have the right sized on/off pin in the marker? Are the parts in the powertube assembled properly?

take the valve out and unscrew the power tube tip. take out the pt spacer, and change the oring in there.(this is if you dont have level 10, i'm assuming you dont)

You also may have to use a shorter power tube spacer. This could be due to a worn sear or just the wrong spacer for your gun.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

The pin in the valve is .750. I have a level 7 on the valve currently but plan on switching my LX over from my Micromag Valve but I wanted to see if there were any problems to start. The spacer in the powertube now reads .225 on the side. Should I install the LX and then see if the problem is still there?

I took the spacer out of one of my old valves and it works great now. I am going to install my lvl10 and see how that works. I will let you know. Thanks for the help.

well i wouldn't see the point in fixing it without level 10, then just throw level 10 in and then have to tune that. unless you plan on building another mag.

I wanted to get everything working like it should before I transfered the LX over that way if something bigger was wrong I would still have a good valve to fall back on. I took a spacer out of a 3rd valve and put it in the tube and then it worked. Then I put in the lvl10 and got that tuned properly. Everything is working great, thanks for the help.

Now I think I need a new hopper, is a Halo B worth the money? Or is there a comperable alternative?
