    bolt stick prob.

ok just got my first automag a week ago used. played with it theis weekend and it worked pretty well, needed lubed bad so it had some sticking at random and i just had to field strip, clean, and lube it. worked damn fine most of the day.
today i just got a 32* venturi foamie bolt and checked it out today. i'm having bolt stick problems with it, it'll fire once when first aired up and then not engage the sear properly so that it can refire. i checked it with a medium and long spring as well as adjusting the velocity. it is oiled well with gold cup airgun lube and i haven't played with the sear at all. any help would be appreciated.

Why are you using a medium and long spring? Where are you finding them?

i assume they are medium and long since they are different lengths and spring rates.

ok i think i may have found the problem, it seems to be getting stuck on the power tube o ring on the back stroke. time to get a spacer kit.

or just get rid of the bolt. doesn't really serve any better purpose. but if you do see a better performance, all the power to you.

Just my take on bolts, the only bolt I would put in a mag other than the original is a Lvl X, but that's just my take.

Put the stock bolt back in. Put the 32 degrees bolt in a slingshot and fire it towards the ocean. This will ensure NOBODY puts THAT bolt in any Mag ever again. Setting it on the train tracks will work too...

I agree with tunaman........32* has REALLY poor QC and really bad products most of the time. there is no performance increase with those bolts over the stock one. if the stock one works, leave it alone.
