While this has been covered SEVERAL times I'll answer it again. (Search.)
No. The gripframe has to be milled, and the board would have to be programmed to accept input from the ACE board. (Which you have to buy.) The rail would have to be milled and depending on if you have a ULE body or not, every twist lock barrel and body would need to be milled for the eye. (ULE body would just need milling. Not the barrel.)
So, in an answer to your question- no. It can't.
