Converting old Classic mag to HPA

    Questions:
I have an 1993 Automag that uses CO2 and want to convert to HPA.
Do I have to change the Regulator Piston Assembly to the new style?
What if I don't? Will it blow up or not fire?
What does the new style look like vs the old ones? I hear there is a ring of some sort on it.
Anyone have a picture showing the difference?

yea, you should be able to just pop an hpa tank in the gun without problems, the only difference I have heard of in new vs. old for the mags is something invloving two o-rings instead of one (i'm not sure where they are cuz I don't remember what exactly I heard, it was talking about the retro though and was about not being able to use the ule trigger on an old style retro when it comes out) so as ghille said, correct if I"m wrong but I would just gas it up and hope for the best.

PS- I know thought about and am pretty sure that the hpa would work fine because the "high pressure" is in the bottle itself, but the regulator limits the flow and puts out no more pressure than a co2 thank, this I am fairly sure of.
