Sounds like a bad cell in the battery. Why not get a volt meter and check the volts coming out of the battery after it's charged.

Yes, check the voltage. If it reads less than 17V after charging it, the pack is toast.

Also, check the output from the charger by plugging it in and putting your test leads from the mulitmeter on the two screws that contact the battery posts. Output should be 20V+.

Battery voltage is 18-19 volts. Charger output is 26.xx volts and i put the charger directly on the gun and it still read "low batt"

Check your ground connection on the circuit board. It is the one where the screw goes through the board into the frame. Remove the screw and take the board out of the gun. Be careful not to break any of the wires. Run a tap into the screw hole to clean the threads. Next clean the contact around the screw hole using a pencil eraser. Put the board back in the gun and tighten the screw.

Also check the screw contacts at the front of the gun inside the top of the grip frame. The red wire may be loose.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

              I hade the same problem

              I had the same problem
Then me and my friend noticed the battery fits in the batter case both ways, just flip it so it's opposite to what it is now, and it should work.
