AA reg busted

im gettin a AA raptor tank for 50bucks, i kno u think, o man this tank is prbably busted, but i checked it out and its good but he needs the dough. it duz have a leaking reg tho, how much do u think it will cost to get it fixed, can they fix it when i get it hydrotested?
