    dye invision

i just got a dye invision blue mask and i heard that it was great that the vision was terrific and everything. i put it on with my glasses on and the prescription is a semi-old one (on the glasses). it was very very blurry. is there a sticker cover or something that is on the goggles when they are new or is nothing on them at all and the lenses seem pretty clean

LOL yeah there is a thin blue film on the inside lens.

Took me a few minutes to dig it out carefully so I wouldn't scratch the inner lens.

They really should have put a tab so it's easier to pull off. Just use your finger nail and lift up a corner and yank it off. it's hard to get to because it's like they cut the unner lens with the plastic film all at the same time.. DON'T lift up the anti-fog lens, the thin blue film is on that and you just gotta use your finger nail and go slowly.

      Really stupid of Dye...

Now, that you can see. How is it? better view? lighter weight? better air-flow?

I wanted to hear from someone else before getting one.. [asside from someone working at a pro-shop]

The Dye masks are ok, I have one to but I like my JT Spectra better, the foam around the lense is softer and fits my face better. The one thing I like about the Dye Invision is that it is a little smaller.

My friend used to have a Dye mask, but it fogged like crazy and he got rid of it. I currently have a V-Force goggle system, and it works perfectly. no fogging, and the lenses are really clear

The invisions had a bad run on the clear lenses a while back. Mine fogged too, then I replaced the lense, doesn't fog now at all. Very happy with the mask. Try one on first is my suggestion though.

I love mine and two of my buddies are now using them also. The smoke to clear fade lens is the greates thing in my mind.

Does anyone know if they came out with the red mirror lenses yet?

i love BOTH of my invisions. NEVER had a fogging problem. and I like how my foam doesn't crumble, like on my Spectras...

                            About the red miror lens.

The owner at my local shop says that they are not making anymore of those red miror lens until they find a way to make them right. seems the red finish would rub off very easily and that's something you dont want.
