I think my on/off is leaking... my first guess would be to get a parts kit and replace the o-rings or might there be another problem ?

try oiling the on-off, and if it still leaks then replace the orings.RT

i tryed oling the on/off but did not work. so i went to my work and got my mic and miked my on/off pin and i get .75165 and it is sposed to be .750 .
